On the waterfronts

    04 August 02: We got to play tourist with family and friends -- lots of pix from Buffalo's waterfront and the Maid of the Mist at Niagara Falls.

    We went down to Broderick Park at the foot of Ferry Street, then over to the harbor downtown. The next day, we did Niagara Falls, espcially on the Ontario side, with the highlight being the Maid of the Mist (my first time).

Friends enjoy the sunset down at the harbor.
Maid of the Mist riders get a wet and beautiful ride to the base of the falls.
Maid of the Mist captain reads a newspaper until the hard work starts at the base of the falls. Then he shut the door and took the helm.
Mist boats come and go.
