Where's the fire?

    09 June 02: I happened to be heading home from church when I saw the vintage Buffalo Fire Department boat Edward M. Cotter heading upstream on the Niagara River at the foot of Ontario Street. Boats like the Cotter match the size and vintage of Industrial Strength Dockware.

The good boat Cotter goes upstream, past a nasty PWC taking off in the other direction from the boat launch ramp at the foot of Ontario Street in Buffalo.
