11 September 02: I've seen bollards and more bollards around Buffalo and Western New York, but these two are the first that have been sundered from their intended setting of being by water. These two bollards anchor the corner of a stately building on Niagara Street near our house. Inside is Gothic City Antiques. The setting may be ironical, but the two have a flawless coat of black paint. And they only see water when the grass does.
