17 September 02: The locks at Lockport have on display a mate of the Traffic stopper. This boat at the locks hasn't fallen as fallen as far as the boat out on the traffic island, but its staid and steady state of permanent display pitches it far enough from water to be included in the category of Nautical ... Ironical.
